All discount codes are subject to specific terms & conditions. We reserve the right to withdraw any discount code or cancel any order if the discount code use is not compliant with the terms & conditions.
Only one code can be used at any one time.
ADDING A NOTE TO YOUR ORDER
Gifting is all about creating an experience & showing thoughtfulness & care in the act, we love that our products are frequently sent as gifts & if we can help to make your gift just that little bit more special by adding a hand written note, we're here for it!
Please email us your order number & what you would like to include in your note so we can add this to your order. Please ensure this is done immediately after placing your order to ensure it doesn't get missed.
*please note, any delay in receiving your note request could result in this not being included.

EDITING/AMENDING MY ORDER:
We understand that mistakes happen, if you have made an error with your existing order, we will try our best to help you if your order hasn't been dispatched. Please email your order number & query over as soon as possible.
If your order has been dispatched we will not be able to amend any part of the order. Please note orders are despatched prior to the despatch emails being sent out.
SHIPPING:
We kindly ask for you to allow 5 working days, starting the day after your order is placed, for us to dispatch your order. We are a very small team working hard to get all orders out as soon as possible, however during busy periods it can take a little longer than normal.
All orders are shipped with Royal Mail 24hr tracked & your tracking details will be included in your despatch notification email.
WRONG ITEM RECEIVED/MISSING ITEMS:
First, please accept our apologies if you find something is wrong or missing with your order.
For any missing items received please email us, all shipments are processed under the exact weight so we are able to quickly confirm if an item is missing & we can then arrange for these to be shipped to you as soon as possible.
For any incorrect items received, please take a photo of the item received in error so we can assist you further in arranging the correct item to be shipped to you as soon as possible.
