Shipping Policy
All our products are lovingly made & hand crafted in house by our small team, please allow 3-4 working days (starting the working day after order is placed) for our team to get your order ready for dispatch. We do try our best to get all order dispatched as quickly as possible.
All UK orders are shipped with Royal Mail 24 hour tracked shipping. Royal Mail's 24 hour tracked delivery, 'aims for' a door to door service within 48 hours, excluding Sundays.
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive an automated dispatch notice which will include your tracking information, if you would like to track the whereabouts of your order, please use this tracking information.
Please make sure ALL shipping information is correct to ensure safe delivery of your order.
We understand mistakes do happen & we will do all we can to assist with any changes if we are notified in time. If the order is dispatched with any incorrect information & your order does not arrive or goes missing in transit, you are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
If your order is returned to us due to an incomplete or incorrect address, a new shipment fee will have to be processed to cover the costs incurred for shipping the order for a second time.
If the order is no longer wanted after the parcel has been returned to us, a refund will be processed minus the shipping costs to cover the costs of shipping the order initially.
Unfortunately, once your order has been paid for, we are unable to change the chosen shipping option.
We are able to internally track all parcels, therefore if your order has not arrived within 7 days of your despatch notice, please notify us so we can assist in locating your parcel.
