Return & Refund Policy

Here at Fox Cub & Co we are proud to provide all our customers with beautiful, hand poured products alongside our excellent customer service.

In the unlikely event that an issue arrises, please do get in contact with us as soon as possible so we can aim to resolve the issue quickly & efficiently for you; all our customers are hugely important to us!

Please see further information below regarding our policies on returns & refunds.

Returns

In the unlikely event that you are unhappy with a product that you have received from us, we will be happy to refund for the item as long as the below requirements are met:

  • The item/s you wish to return were received in the last 28 days
  • The item/s are unopened & unused
  • The item/s remain in their original packaging, is not damaged & remains in a perfect re-sellable condition
  • Arrives safely back to Fox Cub & Co with no damages

Unfortunately, if one or more of the above requirements are not met we will be unable to process any refund.
Please note, we can not cover the cost of any return shipping charges, unless the item you received is faulty, damaged or incorrect.
We recommend using tracked shipping when returning an item, if the returned item goes missing in transit & is not received then we are unable to process any refund.

Your Refund for Returned items
The total value of the item/s returned to us will be refunded to the same payment method used at checkout. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to appear once the refund has been processed. Please note the refund amount will be minus the original shipping fee.

Refunds

All orders can be cancelled up until the order has been fulfilled for a full refund.
Orders cannot be cancelled for a full refund after it has been fulfilled, if the products are no longer required after fulfilment, then the items can be rejected at the point of delivery being attempted. Once we have received these items back, a refund will be processed, minus the cost of shipping.

Incorrect items recieved
In this event, we kindly ask you to take a picture of the incorrect item/s & email us with your order number along with a description of the incorrect item. Any items received in error must remain unused & in their original packaging until this has been resolved.

Missing items
If any item/s are missing from your order, please notify Fox Cub & Co via email within 48 hours of receiving your order so we can quickly resolve the problem for you. Any parcels that are not delivered & are not showing as delivered via the tracking reference number will be replaced & resent via Royal Mail 24 hour tracked service. Please allow unto 7 working days for any parcels that are not delivered to show up before contacting Fox Cub & Co.
Customers must notify contact@foxcubandco.co.uk if an item or order has not been received.

Faulty / defective or damaged products
All fragrance is subjective & so unfortunately we unable to offer any replacements or refunds regarding scent throw of our products (strength of fragrance).
However, in order to assure our customers as much as possible, each hand poured product goes through a thorough & rigorous testing phase prior being made available for purchase. If you would like to test any fragrances before making a larger order, we have all our fragrances available to buy in sample wax melts on our online store, so you can make sure you love the fragrance before you buy!

We only use 100% natural soy wax in our candles & wax melts, working with natural products can mean natural imperfections may be visible before or during use of the products. This can include minor cracks or frosting & colour changes - this is due to a number of factors, including but not limited to noticeable room temperature changes. None of these surface imperfections will negatively effect the performance of the product & therefore does not fit the criteria of damaged or faulty items.

Refunds on products
Due to their perishable nature, all wax melts are non-refundable.
All other Fox Cub & Co products can be returned for a full refund if met with our return requirements.

Please ensure you have spoken to a member of our team prior to returning any products, any items returned without prior notification may not be eligible for a refund.

Please ensure you follow the usage guides provided on the product pages & within your order.
